The systems we supply are designed to be easy to use, robust & reliable. Therefore as a rule we only supply professional-grade equipment that is proven to last.

Our selected installation engineers are effiecient and polite. They have completed all necessary training to complete installation work to our high standards.

We ensure that where necessary all engineers have relevent Insurance, DBS checks, CSCS cards, PASMA, IPAF etc.
Servicing & Maintenance

In order to maintain system reliabillity we recommend that equipment is regularly maintained to prevent premature failure and to ensure equipment remains in full working order.

We understand that sometimes equipment can go faulty. We are able to fully support & repair all equipment supplied as well as equipment/installations provided by 3rd parties.

Our engineers carry a wide-range of consumables and spares in their vehicles as well as at our test & repair facility.

Initial enquiry
Give our friendly staff a call or send us a message to discuss your initial ideas.
Site meetings
We will arrange a site visit to meet you and to talk about some proposed solutions in greater detail. We'll also take photos and measurements of the space.
Quotation, CAD Drawings, Schedules & Schematics
We'll provide a detailled quotation for the propsed solution/s. Depending on the complexity of the project we may also provide CAD drawings, schedules & schematics.
Installation & Commissioning
Equipment will be installed by our installation engineers. We make regular site visits to ensure projects stay on track. Once installation is complete, we commission the equipment to work according to your specifications.
Training
We carry out training sessions with key users of the equipment. This gives users a hands-on demonstration as well as the opportunity for questions and answers.
Servicing & Maintenance
We only use professional grade equipment in our installations, however it is important that it is regularly serviced to ensure reliability and longevity. We are also able to repair equipment in the event of a fault.
